Introduction to Kriya YogaKriya Yoga is a meditation technique that quickly accelerates one’s spiritual growth. It was first made widely known by Paramhansa Yogananda in his Autobiography of a Yogi. Yogananda said that Kriya is the most effective technique available for helping one to reach the goal of Yoga, which means “union with the Divine.”

    I found the introductory course to Kriya yoga very interesting as it gives a good understanding of Kriya yoga and is easy for people new to Kriya to understand. If I had to give it a rating from 1-10 where 1 is not good and 10 is excellent, I give it 10!
