The western approach to health fragments the areas of our lives into unique systems that require specific attention. These systems, actually, work in harmony with one another to produce a balanced, optimally functioning being. When we neglect any one component, we adversely affect other areas of our lives. The science of yoga is a unified approach to health and healing. This course will help bring together not only all aspects of our nature, the physical, mental, and spiritual, but will help expand our awareness to embrace Divine realities within your own being. The more we’re able to draw on this inner Divine presence, the more we tap into our Soul’s innate intelligence, lending the necessary guidance for deep healing.
In this self-paced course you will have 120 days to complete seven lessons. We encourage you to complete one lesson per week and to dedicate some time every day to your study so that you may get the most from the material. Take full advantage of the interactive forums to share your thoughts and inspiration with other participants, and the course instructor is available to support you throughout your journey.

Award winning author of the upcoming book Healing Happens and international keynote speaker, Avital Miller has passionately shared leadership, healing, spiritual, and dance programs to thousands of people worldwide for over 15 years. Avital has been a Program Manager at Microsoft, Lead Coach for Success Resources America, Sales and Marketing Director for Crystal Clarity Publishers, Yoga and Fitness Teacher Trainer and Director, and graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, MO with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Major in Dance. Her articles have been published in Fitness Professional Online and Sacred Dance Guild Journal. Avital has performed and taught dance around the world since 1993. She is a certified energy healer and healing breakthrough facilitator. Avital helps people feel a touch of love in their hearts, joy in their spirits, and peace in their minds.
