I enjoyed the introduction on what I would call a more modern view of the sciences of yoga and how they relate to the physical body and all the good things the practices will bring. I would have enjoyed hearing more of the spiritual which is really why I have been led to this path. I guess my studying of the Gita and my goal of a continual experience of GOD consciousness might seem a little behind the times in todays modern world.

I watched the 4 part webinar, and it was also amazing!!

The actual webinar page had .pdf files for the slides in each of the parts, and these were very helpful in following the dialogue. This page, though – the introduction to the webinar series – would also be much easier to follow if the slides he used in the presentation were available in a .pdf so it could be opened and watched while listing to the program.

    Thank you,
