Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with a course you ordered from us, you can contact us for a refund within 30 days* of your receipt of the course. There will be a 10% processing fee for all refund transactions*.
Please note that we can process refunds only for items purchased directly from us.
We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed your request. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days.

Refund Policy for Certification Programs:
If you cancel 14 days or more before the start of the program, your payment will be refunded, less a $150 processing fee. If you cancel within 14 days of the start of the program, then 50% of your payment will be refunded, and the remainder will be forfeited. If you cancel more than 14 days after the start of the program, the full program cost will be forfeited.
Cancellations and Refund for Ananda Virtual Community membership:
- If you wish to cancel your membership at any time, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or you can cancel directly through your PayPal account. (Look for “preapproved payments” on your PayPal profile page.)
- If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged anything. However, you will lose access to the free trial option if you decide to sign up again in the future.
- Payments for monthly memberships are non-refundable. Monthly memberships that are canceled will remain active until the end of their most recent billing cycle.
- Yearly memberships that are canceled will remain active until the nearest end-of-month since purchase. You will be refunded a pro-rated amount based on the number of months that have passed since purchase. Depending on circumstances, the refund amount may reflect either the full monthly rate ($20) or the discounted yearly rate ($180 per year/$15 per month).
