Autobiography of a Yogi Satsang

We invite you to participate in a bi-weekly satsang focusing on the Autobiography of a Yogi written by Paramhansa Yogananda.  We will be using the Autobiography of a Yogi to help understand and magnetize our spiritual life, emphasizing the deeper message behind the words presented in this life changing book.

 

At one instance Paramhansa Yogananda asked Swami Kriyananda, how he had liked his book:

“‘Oh, it was wonderful!’

‘That,’ he replied simply, ‘is because it has my vibrations in it.’

Vibrations? I’d never before thought of books as having ‘vibrations.’ Clearly, however, I had found his book almost alive in its power to convey not merely ideas, but a new state of awareness.”

We will be hosting this satsang to go deeper into receiving the books sacred vibrations and sharing our inspirations with each other. 

 

The format of the satsang will encourage participation from everyone by either typing in or using their microphones to share their inspiration and thoughts.

 

We will focus on one chapter per satsang to allow time to read and meditate on each chapter.  The goal of this Satsang is to reflect on our own lives, but most important, moving closer in getting to know Paramhansa Yogananda at a deeper level.
